I contacted Kora with a query about a particular tile trim. She was very helpful in finding the information I needed. The trims were quickly delivered, exactly as described. I appreciated the pleasant and personal approach.Thank you.

Amazing outstanding service 5* - thank you Kora, Stephen and team.

The process of starting our bathroom renovation was very stop start, finding a company that would help guide us and provide a design that we ourselves were not yet final on was proving to be a challenge. By chance I came across Quarrybank Plumbers to install a kitchen tap and help with an ill fitted washing machine, the service and quality of job made me ask if they installed bathrooms which is where I was told about Quarrybank Boutique.

From our first meeting with Emma and Kora we were never pressured into making a decision, after that initial conversation I was sold and a design booking was made.

Kora is a master of her craft and was incredibly patient with us whilst we went through a number of redesigns. Kora helped pick out materials that complemented the space and we were left with an incredible design.

Whilst there were a number of members of the Quarrybank team that helped with the installation, a special mention has to be made to Jamie and Dan. They were both so respectful whilst carrying out the work and did an amazing job of trying to limit the impact of the work, after a hard day, they would always spend time cleaning up! There were a few unforeseen challenges in the install Jamie and Dan managed these to limit the impact of the finish date.

Jamie was brilliant and always took time to answer the nonstop questions and really provided an extra level of assurance that the job was being delivered to the highest standard, thank you Jamie for the outstanding workmanship.

The superstar of the entire process was Kora, she was the glue that brought everything together, always available during the design process and installation, the communication was transparent and clear, that's all we could ask for.

The finished bathroom has exceeded our expectations, Kora's special design brought to life by an expert team, thank you Quarrybank team.

(ps, please help renovate the rest of our house!)

I recently decided to update a very old and tired bathroom and WC. Working with the team from Quarrybank was a great experience. I was impressed by the time taken over the design process to ensure that every aspect was thoughtfully considered before the team were on site.
At the start of the renovation, I probably wasn’t quite prepared for the number of issues the team discovered as the spaces were stripped back. From the cracked soil pipe, blocked air vents to incredibly unstable internal walls. However. as every problem arouse, the team took time to clearly explain the issue and how it could be fixed and what that would involve. Never having renovated before, the calmness and confidence with which the team approached the work was very reassuring for a very nervous client. I knew that there would be no compromise on the quality and finish despite the unexpected challenges. I also knew that all the unseen elements would be to the exact same standard as the finished room.
The work ethic and attention to detail was truly impressive, especially in the face of an extreme heat wave in the first week of the job. Nothing seemed to faze the team, so I always got the sense that would be no compromise in the level of workmanship at any level, and every problem would be put right to ensure that I have a space that functions beautifully now and into the future.
So in the end despite all the unexpected problems and stresses I have ended up with a warm and beautiful bathroom. It has gone from being just a functional room to a space which I now genuinely enjoy using. I am rediscovering the joy of simply relaxing in a bath and enjoy the sanctuary like feel of a well-designed and beautifully fitted space.

If there was an option to give 10 stars (out of 5!), I’d click that! Quarrybank Boutique Bathrooms were beyond outstanding!! They excelled in every single area from the first meeting I had with Kora and all throughout the design and build process. Jamie was unbelievably good- and very neat and tidy- and got through a full re fit of 2 bathrooms in just a few weeks. The rest of the team (Andy, Stan, Steven & others) were all absolutely excellent! I couldn’t recommend them enough and I absolutely love them - it’s like I live in a 5 star hotel now!

Our finished bathroom is not only beautiful and fitted to perfection but the project started and was completed on time. From the first contact with Kora, Quarrybank Boutique has been a pleasure to deal with. Regular updates, one point of contact and nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff has been polite and respectful throughout. Never known a workman like Stan who is both a perfectionist , hard working and tidy and organised. He even vacuumed every night once he finished his day. Andy oversaw the project brilliantly
and ensured it all ran perfectly smoothly. Honestly blown away with the whole experience and no hesitation to recommend to everyone. If you want stress free and an honest hard working team with great ideas this is the place to go!

From design to finish all under one roof from this company, made my bathroom project so much easier. Kora's design was very thoughtful of our needs, whilst designing a lovely room for now, will future proof our ageing needs. The team were great. Andy, Stan and lovely Dan were amazing. Happy to have them working in my home.

AMAZING!!! The whole experience was seamless and stress free from start to finish and my bathroom and cloakroom are now the boutique, luxury rooms I had imagined. Kora made the design process really easy and understood exactly what I wanted from the rooms. Being given a Project Manager and 1 main fitter made installation a lot easier to deal with. Our fitter Stan was brilliant, respectful of our home and worked exceptionally hard on the job. He was hands down the best workman I have had on a job. When it was all completed Kora carried out her inspection and brought a lovely gift. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others they are brilliant.
